Alexander Daniel Serrano

Alexander Daniel Serrano, 9 day old son of Jose L. Serrano and Noemi Santiago, of Lorain, died on Friday, October 5, 2007, at Metro Health Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, died of complications from being pre-mature.
He was born on September 27, 2007 in Cleveland.
Besides his parents he is survived by his paternal grandparents: Noel Serrano, of Lorain and Esmeralda Alvarez, of Atlanta, Georgia, paternal great grandmother, Tina Martinez, of Lorain, maternal grandparents: Osvaldo and Maria Santiago, of Lorain, maternal great grandparents; Juan Santiago, of Chicago, and Eduardo and Seledonia Colon, of Lorain.
He was preceded in death by a maternal great grandfather, Rene Martinez, in 2001.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 7, 2007 from 5 - 9 pm at House of God Gate of Heaven Church, 218 East 28th Street, Lorain, where services will be held at 6:00 pm. Rev. Tina Martinez, Pastor, will officiate. Graveside services will be Monday, October 8, at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain, at 11:00 am. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, is handling arrangements.
