Ann Blackburn (nee Hudson), 71, of Elyria, passed away Wednesday; March 5, 2008 at her residence following a lengthy illness.
She was born Dec. 4, 1936 in West Pike Run Twp, PA, to the late Elza Theo Hudson and Lillian May (nee Carpenter) Hudson. Ann moved to Elyria in 1962, then to Lorain where she lived for 12 years before returning to Elyria. Ann was an avid bingo player.
Surviving is her daughter, Shirley Justice of Elyria. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bernard Blackburn in 1984; son, David L. Blackburn in 1980; a sister, Sally Kotula in 2005; and her son in law, Ola Justice in 2004.
Private services where held with burial in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain handled the arrangement.
