Ann M. Zora, age 90, a resident of Golden Acres Nursing Home for the past several years died there on Saturday, January 23, 2010 following a lengthy illness.
She was born on February 17, 1919 in Lorain, where she has been a lifelong resident.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Amherst.
Surviving are her two nieces and two great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Joseph and Frances (nee Piskur) Zore, brothers: Frank, Joseph and John and sisters: Frances Novak, Johanna Beck, Rose Zore, Josephine Novak and Mary Sinko.
Graveside services will be Friday, Jan. 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain, with Rev. Fr. James Mazanec, associate pastor of St. Joseph Church, Amherst, officiating. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, is handling the arrangements.
