Anthony Rodriguez

Anthony Rodriguez, age 62, of Lorain, passed away Friday, January 08, 2021 at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus following a short illness.

Born February 4, 1958 in Lorain, he was a life-long resident of Lorain.

Anthony worked for Crown Steel as an assembler for 14 years, retiring in 1998.  Prior to this he worked for American Crucible and also in construction.  He enjoyed fishing, yardwork and spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving is his wife of 33 years, Sherri (nee Dalton); children, Christopher Rodriguez of Lorain, Tonya (Wences Agosto) Rodriguez of Lorain, Dominic (Jessica) Rodriguez of Michigan and Jill (Tim) McBride of Indiana; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; brothers, Jose Rodriguez of Elyria, Eddie Rodriguez of Lorain, Willie Rodriguez of Florida and Raymond Rodriguez of Arizona; and a sister, Lydia Murray of Amherst.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eusebio and Julia (nee Delgado) Rodriguez; and a brother Miguel Rodriguez.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 15 from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral services at 1 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.  Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
