Bernice L. Siwierka (nee Crandall), 83 of Amherst, died suddenly on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at University Hospital in Cleveland.
Born Dec. 11, 1926 in Cleveland, she has lived in the Lorain area for the past 30 years.
Bernice was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Amherst.
Bernice enjoyed gardening and crocheting, and was a caring and kind person who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving is her husband, Joseph; sons, Stephen Junowich of Redding, CA, Donald Junowich of Thailand, Paul Junowich of Ft. Worth, TX, Peter Junowich of Lakewood, CA, James Jann of Reno, NV; daughters, Christine (Daniel) Bewley of North Olmstead, OH, Gina (Kenneth) Kerner of Cedar Creek, TX, Laurie (Mark) Arbaugh of Lorain, OH; many grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Grace Lillian (nee Groskopft) Crandall.
Service for the family were private. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, handled the arrangements.
