Brooke Lyn Hammond, infant daughter of Johnnie A. Hammond Jr. and Mayetta Louise Lilak, of Sheffield Township, was stillborn on Monday, July 31, 2006 at EMH Regional Medical Center, Elyria.
Besides her parents she is survived by her paternal grandparents: Johnnie Hammond, Sr & Shirley Hammond, of Sheffield Township, Keleen & Eric Gonzalaz, of Lorain, maternal grandparents: Mary Louise Lilak, of Birmingham and Michael Lilak, Sr of Brownhelm Twp and many aunts and uncles and 1 cousin.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 4, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, is handling the arrangements.
