Charles R. White

Charles R. “Charlie” White, age 48 of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly on July 30, 2022 in Lorain, Ohio.

Born January 25, 1974 to Dana and Loretta (nee Paul) White in Elyria, Charles spent most of his life in the Lorain County area.  He also lived in Braxton County, West Virginia for a short time.

A workaholic, Charles loved working various jobs.  He loved bluegrass music and spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are his children, Emily White, Carlie White, William White and Tyler Thompson; grandchildren, Emma, Micah and Jennah; father, Dana White Sr.; brothers, Alex, Robert, Dana Jr., Ronzal, Wayne and Billy; sister, Tanya as well as many aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his mother in 2007; grandchild, Maddox as well as his uncle, Charles White.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 9 from 3 – 7 p.m. at Dovin Funeral & Cremation Specialists, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.
