Concetta "Connie" Petrillo

Concetta "Connie" Petrillo, (nee Colella), age 84, of Lorain, died on Sunday, August 29, 2010, at Community Health Partners Hospital, Lorain, unexpectedly.
She was born on March 1, 1926 in Lorain where she has lived her entire life.
Connie was a 1944A graduate of Lorain High School.
She was a member of the Church of St. Peter. Connie enjoyed being with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Fior, son, Jeff, of Lorain, brother, Sid Colella, of Lorain, sisters; Eleanor (Edward) Chimenti and Ellen Pongracz, both of Lorain, nieces; Mrs. Diane (David) Fate, of Lorain, Mrs. Laura (Charles) Sexstella, of Avon, a great niece, Taylor Fate, 2 great nephews; Spencer and Perry Sexstella, and her sister-in-law, Ruth Colella.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnoldo and Emily (nee Salvetta) Colella, and brothers, Dominic and Arnold Colella.
Private services were held. The family of Connie would like to extend their deep gratitude and thanks for the many people that have cared for her. Our special "thanks" goes to all of the following; the staff at Anchor Lodge, the Home Health Care from Anchor Lodge, the nursing staff on the Physical Therapy Floor at Community Health Partners, and the Intensive Care Unit at Community Health Partners.
