Cornelia A. Hydock

Cornelia A. Hydock (nee Bierbower), age 78, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 31, 2019 at Mercy Regional Medical Center.

Born September 27, 1940 to William and Margaret Bierbower in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Cornelia moved to the Lorain county area with her family in 1942.  There she graduated from Elyria High School in 1958.

She loved her grandchildren and traveling with her son Kurt, as well as her crossword puzzles.

Surviving are her children, Mark (Gina) Pasenow and Shelly Pasenow; grandchildren, Tara, Michael, Steven, Brittaney, Ron, Alexis, Katelyn, and Terrell, as well as many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rudolph Pasenow; second husband, Michael Hydock; son, Kurt Pasenow; parents, William and Margaret Bierbower and brother, Bruce Bierbower.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 7 from 6 – 8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.
