Crystal J. Bors, (nee McGuire) age 38, of Vermilion, died on Monday, October 2, 2006 from injuries she sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born on June 16, 1968 in Canton, Ohio. She had lived in North Ridgeville prior to moving to Elyria in 1972. She graduated from Elyria West High School in 1986. She had attended Akron University.
Crystal was employed as a supervisor at Columbia Gas Company for the past 15 years.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Elyria.
She enjoyed scrapbooking, cooking, baking, decorating and stamping.
She is survived by her husband of 10 years: Christopher, of Vermilion, son: Noah, and daughter: Madison, both of the home, parents: James M. and Patricia (nee Knight) McGuire, of Elyria, brother: James L. McGuire, of Columbus, and maternal grandmother: Frances Heskett, of Barnesville, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Herman Heskett.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 6, 2006 from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:15 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a 10:00 a.m. mass at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Elyria. Rev. Fr. James Ols, pastor will officiate. Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
