Eladio Pacheco

Eladio Pacheco, age 84, of Lorain, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph, Lorain.
He was born on May 20, 1928, Naranjito, Puerto Rico, and had lived in New York before finally moving to Lorain in 1990. Eladio was a machine operator at New York Looseleaf Co. for 20 years, before retiring in 1978. He was a member of Sacred Heart Chapel. He enjoyed playing guitar, watching baseball and boxing matches. He also enjoys Christian music and Spanish folkloric songs.
Eladio is survived by his children; Eulalio, David, Ady, Samuel, and Elizabeth, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Amelia (nee Turcios), a daughter, Lucy, his sister, Francisca, and his parents.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 16, from 9:00 am until the time of his funeral service at 10:00 am, at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Avenue, Lorain.
