Encarnita Morales (nee Wichy), age 79, of Lorain, died on Tuesday, February 15, 2005, at Golden Acres Lorain County Home, Amherst, after an extended illness.
Born on March 20, 1925 in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, she moved to Lorain in 1996.
She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her two daughters; Myrna Lyons of Lorain, Ohio and Aurea Vanessa Morales Wichy of Florida and one grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Hector L. Morales in 1996, and her parents; Vicente Wichy, in 1996 and Dolores (nee Navarro), in 1964.
There will be no viewing or services here. Burial will be in Cementerio Nacional de Hato Tejas, Puerto Rico. Local arrangements are being handled by the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain. The Funeraria Los Cipreses will be handling arrangements in Puerto Rico.
