Fred J. Gleba

Fred J. Gleba, age 78, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2011, at his home, while under the care of Hospice of the Cleveland Clinic, following a lengthy illness.
He is survived by his children; Connie, John, Carol, Elizabeth Hoops, of Alliance, Helen Peterson, of Elyria, Anne Gleba, of North Ridgeville, Rebecca Kohl, of Lodi, Debra Roush, of Hunington, IN, Karen Gleba, of North Ridgeville, Mary Jane Sabo, of Avon, Denise Gleba, of Elyria, and Linda Gleba, of Columbia Station, 30 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a sister, Bernice Hubka, of Olmsted Falls.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Beverly Anne (nee Mielcarek), in 2001, parents; John and Anna Gleba, and a sister, Rita Krupa.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 5, from 6-8 pm, in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
