Gloria J. Kudlo (nee Schwarz), age 62, of Lorain, died on Saturday, July 26, 2008, at Lake Pointe Health Center, Lorain, after a long illness.
She was born on August 25, 1945, in Lorain, Ohio, where she was a life long resident. She was a 1963 graduate of Admiral King High School. Gloria was a member of the Catholic Church of St. Peter, Lorain.
She enjoyed playing Bingo, Scrabble, and playing Backgammon, and Rummy.
Gloria is survived by her son, David J. Jones, of Atlanta, GA, her daughter, Dawn M. Velazquez, of Lorain, her 6 grandchildren, and a brother, Kenneth J. Schwarz, of Lorain.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Joseph F., on July 28, 2007, her parents; Charles and Virginia (nee Shelar) Schwarz, and a brother, Roger Schwarz.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 29, from 4-7 pm, in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, where services will be held at 6:30 pm.
