James Presutto Jr., 67, of Lorain, died Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain, following a length illness.
Born August 8, 1946 in Lorain, he lived in Lorain his entire life. He graduated from Lorain High School in 1964
James worked for Quality Door in Lorain for over 15 years. Prior to that, he worked for Smith and Jones in Elyria.
He enjoyed watching his nephew play baseball. He also enjoyed bowling and watching sports on television. All the children in the neighborhood called him "Uncle Boo".
Surviving is his mother, Dorothy Presutto of Lorain; his brother, Rick Presutto of Lorain; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Presutto Sr. in 1989; and a sister, Mary Ann Presutto in 1999.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 12:00 noon in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue., Lorain. Elder Mark Naro of The Church of Jesus Christ Restored Gospel, will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst, Twp.
