Juanita F. Brown (nee Lowe), age 64, of Lorain, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, December 17, after a lengthy illness.
She was born on December 28, 1951 in Charleston, West Virginia and moved to this area, where she has lived for 43 years.
Juanita was very proud of her job that she had for over 25 years. She was a nurses' aide for Good Samaritan Health Group and Rae Ann Suburban. She truly loved taking care of her patients and was a lady with a big heart and will be remembered for her sweetness. Amongst loving her job, she also loved her dogs. She enjoyed collecting dolls and reading books.
She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 48 years, James A., her son, James, Jr., of Vermilion, her daughter, Candy Marie Brown, of Lorain, mother, Bertha (nee Fawn), of W. VA, brother, Larry Lowe, of W. VA, and three sisters; Libby, of W. VA, Irene, of TX, and Annette, of W. VA.
She was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Lowe and a brother, Woody Lee.
The family will be holding private services at a later date. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, is assisting the family with arrangements.
