Karren A. "Jack" Mullins (nee Bobrowski), age 67, of Lorain, passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2012, at University Hospital, Cleveland, after a lengthy illness. She was born on May 29, 1944, in Lorain, where she has lived her entire life. She is a 1962 graduate of Lorain High School. Karren was employed as a postal carrier and also worked at General Motors. She was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, and former member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. "Jack" enjoyed playing cards with her group of friends, traveling, music, and books. Most of all though, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her 6 children; Michelle Mullins, Kristie Peters, Virginia Mullins, Deanna Brenner, Kamala Rivera, and Derrick Brenner, 7 grandchildren, and her brother, Calvin (Deborah) Bobrowski. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary, in 1987, and her parents; Stanley and Ann (nee Udovich) Bobrowski. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 3, 2012, from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm, in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain. The Rev. Robert J. Dybo, Deacon of Nativity of the B.V.M. Catholic Church, will officiate.
