Kenneth G. Rob Robinson, age 68 of Lorain, died unexpectedly on Sunday, October 24, 2004 at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center West, Lorain.
Born on June 23, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio he moved to Lorain in 1985. He had also lived in Sheffield Lake.
Kenneth was a 1955 graduate of Lincoln High School in Cleveland. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era from 1962-1965 and had received the Carbine and 45 Pistol Awards.
He was employed as a carrier for the Morning Journal for the past 13 years. Kenneth was an antique car enthusiast and enjoyed bowling.
He is survived by his wife of 14 years: Beverly J. (nee Wellman), daughters: Juanita Kekic, Rebecca Duffy, Stephanie Miller, Christine Robinson, and Betty Burge, sons: Kenneth Robinson, Michael Robinson, William Robinson, Robert Strader, Terry Milliner, Paul Milliner and Tim Milliner, 27 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father: Roy R. Robinson, mother: Helen S. Anderson and a brother.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 from 6-8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain, where funeral services will take place at 6:30 p.m. Rev. Juan A.
