Linda Serrano, 38, of Lorain, died Saturday, December 24, 2005 at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center - West, Lorain, following a lengthy illness
She was born Feb. 24, 1967 in Abington, Pa, she lived in the Philadelphia area before moving to Lorain this year.
While living in Pennsylvania, she worked for several years as a registered nurse in a hospital.
She has been attending Tabernaculo Cristiano, in Lorain, and enjoyed listing to music and watching television.
Surviving is her husband, Gilbert Hernandez of Lorain, her sons, Jesus Hernandez of Philadelphia, PA, Gilbert Hernandez III, of York, PA, and Eric Ismael Hernandez of Philadelphia, PA, daughters, Linda Donna Hernandez and Margarita Hernandez both of Philadelphia, PA.
She was preceded in death by her daughter and her parents.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 7 - 9 p.m. at Tabernaculo Cristiano, 2203 Meister Rd., Lorain, where a funeral service will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Rev. David Figueroa, pastor, will officiate. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain is handling the arrangements.
