Marcella Szymusiak

Marcella Szymusiak (nee Kobylka), age 82, formerly of Lorain, died Tuesday, March 22, 2005, at Andover Village Retirement Community, Andover, Ohio.
Born on October 1, 1922 in Toledo, she moved to Lorain in 1931 where she remained until 1994, when she moved to Canton.
Marcella had been employed at Gaylord's as a clerk, at Baisley Meat Market in the 1950's, and also was employed at Mascon Toy in the 1960's.
She is survived by her son, David Joseph Szymusiak, of Sunbury, OH and 2 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Julia (nee Kiniasz) Kokotajlo, in 1970, and her father, Andrew Kobylka, 3 brothers; Joseph Kobylka, in 1986, John Kobylka, in 1980, and Mike Kobylka in 2002.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 1:00 p.m., at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain. Rev. Fr. Stephen Paliwoda, pastor of St. John Ukrainian Catholic Church will be officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.
