Marjorie F. Oleair (nee Riley) age 98, of Elyria, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, April 07, 2009.
She was born on September 1, 1910 in Ashley, Ohio.
Marjorie graduated from Delaware High School and had graduated from Bliss Business College.
She was a loan officer at a company in downtown Lorain, where she met her husband, Alex Oleair.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Elyria.
Marjorie is survived by her sister-in-law: Margaret Oleair Thomas; nieces and nephews: Mary Jo & John Thomas, Joe & Greg Stark, Susan Funk, Nick Oleair, Stewart Wilkins and their families.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years: Alex M. in 1984, her father, Don Westbrook Riley, mother, Lydia Riley Long (nee Jolley) and step-father, John Long.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 9, 2009 starting at 4:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 5:00 p.m. at the Wesleyan Village Chapel, 807 West Avenue, Elyria, Ohio 44035. Chaplain Beth McKee will officiate. Burial will be held on Friday at Ashley Union Cemetery, Ashley, Ohio.
