Mary Ann Strain

Mary Ann Strain (nee Arebalo), age 63, of Lorain, passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2012, at the Specialty Hospital of Lorain, following a lengthy illness.
She was born on March 12, 1949, in Lorain, where she lived most of her life. She is a 1967 graduate of Admiral King High School and enjoyed attending Sacred Heart Chapel. Mary Ann enjoyed traveling with her husband, caring for her pets, and hosting parties at her home for her family and friends.
She is survived by her brother, Jose (Ana) Arebalo, of Lorain, and a niece, Tina Arebalo, of Cleveland.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Strain, in 2002, her parents; Guadalupe and Catherine (nee Rangle) Arebalo, and a sister, Nancy Ann Arebalo.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 28, from 6 to 9 pm, in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, where closing prayers will be held on Wed., at 8:45 am. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 9:30 am, at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Avenue, Lorain. The Rev. Fr. William Thaden, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
