Michael S. Kusznir, 35, of Logan, Ohio, died Monday, April 4, 2005 suddenly at his residence.
Born Jan. 27, 1970 in Lorain, he has lived in Logan for the past several years.
He was a member of St. John Ukrainian Byzantine Catholic Church, Lorain, where he had served as altar boy for many years.
Michael enjoyed fishing, animals and the outdoors.
Surviving are his parents, Eugene and Veronica (nee Elkovich) Kusznir of Lorain, a brother, David of Lorain, and a sister, Debbie West of Amherst.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene A. Kusznir, maternal grandparents, Stephen and Mary Elkovich, paternal grandparents, Michael and Anna Kusznir.
Private funeral services were held at St. John Ukrainian Byzantine Catholic Church, Lorain. Rev. Fr. Steven Paliwoda, pastor, officiated. Burial followed in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, handled the arrangements.
