Pauline J. Schwepe (nee Kruppa), 93, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 8th, 2007. Born September 15th, 1913 a lifelong resident, Lorain, Ohio. Daughter of Joseph A. and Pauline J. (nee Bendek) Kolostak Kruppa. Wife of 59 years to devoted husband, Raymond G. Schwepe, mother of Deborah A. Trombold, of Pittsburgh, PA, doting grandmother to Meghan K. and Casey C. Trombold, of Pittsburgh, PA, and sister of Edward Kruppa, of Seven Hills, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Josephine Field, and one brother, Joseph F. Kruppa.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 13th from 4-8 p.m. at the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, September 14th, in the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, at 10:00 a.m., at Holy Trinity Church, 2428 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. The Rev. Fr. David Novak, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Pauline's name to New Life Hospice of St. Joseph Center, 3700 Kolbe Road, Lorain, Ohio 44053.
