Phyllis A. Brannon (nee Sadler), age 80, of Sheffield Lake, passed away on Friday, May 9, 2014, at the New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph.
She was born on July 23, 1933 in Beaver Falls, PA. She was employed as a supervisor at Ramco, in Lorain, until retirement in 1990. Prior to that, she was employed as a supervisor in the cleaning department at Lorain County Community College.
Phyllis is survived by her children; Janice (Daniel) Bays, of Elyria, Susan Brannon, of Sheffield Lake, Timothy Brannon, of Amherst, Larry (Brenda) Parks, of Darlington, PA, Bob (Sherry) Parks, of Beaver Falls, PA, and Penny Bowser, stepchild, Bob Ward, of Newton Falls, OH, 13 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and a brother, Phillip Sadler, of Coffeeville, KS,.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Brannon, in 2000, father, Phillip Sadler, mother, Edna Paton, step father, Alfred Paton, a brother, Jack Barstow, sisters; Lois Smith, and Clara Poerio, step-daughter, Betty Ward. Contributions in her memory can be made to the New Life Hospice Center, 3600 Kolbe Road, Lorain.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
