Pricie Mae "Pat" Willingham, 78, of Collins, Ohio, died Saturday, September 10, 2005 at her residence while under the care of New Life Hospice following a short illness.
She was born in Jamboree, Kentucky, on November 7, 1926, moving to Lorain in 1951 where she resided until settling in Collins, Ohio in 1969.
Pricie had worked at Miraldi's Café and Ken's Lunch in Lorain. She had also worked at Fanny Farmers in Norwalk.
She enjoyed playing bingo at the former Lorain Catholic High School, fishing and visiting family in Kentucky.
Surviving is her husband of 50 years, Virgil Willingham; sons, Robert Willingham of Cleveland, Walter Willingham, Arthur Willingham of Shadyside, Ohio, and Private Billara Willingham of the Army National Guard in Ft. Jackson, South Carolina; daughters, Wanda Stevens of Webster, Wisconsin, Debra Willingham of Lorain, Elda Schwegel of Nisswa, Minnesota, and Gloria Willing of Lorain; 17 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Billara Wolford in 1968; and a granddaughter, Wanda Zeiter in 1988.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, where funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
