Ramon Colon Canuelos, age 81, of Lorain, died on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008 at Regency Cleveland West Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
He was born on April 15, 1926 in Comerio, Puerto Rico, coming to Lorain in 1948.
Ramon worked as a farm laborer for many years, retiring in 1972.
He is survived by his friend Luis Velez, of Lorain.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Flor and Tomasa Canuelos.
Private services were held by the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.
