Ron Reber, 45, of Lorain, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2007 at home.
He was born August 14, 1961 in Lorain and has been a lifelong resident. He graduated from Lorain Catholic High School in 1979 and attended Kent State University. He was a member of the Catholic Church of St. Peter, Lorain.
Survivors include his parents: Dr. Ronald and Phyllis (nee Guba) Reber, of Lorain, brother: Randy (Kelly) Reber of Brunswick, sister: Pamela (Bill) Jones of Brunswick, niece: Megan Reber, nephews: Matthew Reber, Austin & Cole Jones.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Joseph & Mary Reber and Frank & Mary Guba.
The family will receive friends on Friday, 3-9 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, where funeral services will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Catholic Church of St. Peter, 3501 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain. Rev. Fr. Kenneth Wolnowski, pastor will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter School Endowment Fund, 3651 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain.
