Ronald J. Ilcisko

Ronald J. Ilcisko, 62, passed away June 16, 2017. Ron was a lifelong resident of Sheffield Lake and a graduate of Brookside High School, class of 1973. Ron attended Lorain County Community College and Cleveland State University with studies in English and Sociology. He recently retired from Laborors' International Union Local 758 with over 30 years of service. Ron served as a volunteer for many years at the Stanford Youth Hostel and was an avid cyclist, hiker, traveler and enjoyed cross country skiing.
Preceded in death by parents, John and Anne (nee Zadekas) Ilcisko; and a brother, Robert J. Ron is survived by his brother Rick, many cousins and friends from his commitment to the Stanford Youth Hostel.

In lieu of calling hours, graveside service will be at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain, at 11:00am on Saturday, July 8th. Procession will form at 10:45am at the cemetery entrance 555 North Ridge Rd. Lorain, OH. All friends and family are welcome. Please share condolences at www.dovinfcs.com.
