Ronald A. Schuster, age 45, of Lorain, died on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at his residence, following a sudden illness.
He was born on May 1, 1962 in Lorain, where he has been a lifelong resident.
He was a 1980 graduate of Lorain High School.
Ronald was employed at Ohio Department of Transportation in the highway maintenance department since 1980.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and traveling to West Virginia. He was an avid bowler, having bowled in several leagues.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years: Linda (nee Boggs), parents: Ronald and Nancy (nee Engel) Schuster, of Lorain, son: Ronald of Lorain, step-sons: James Rice and Curtis Rice, both of Lorain, daughter: Amanda Schuster, of Lorain, 6 step-grandchildren, brothers: Donald Findley of Amherst, John Schuster of Lorain, sisters: Candice Muskovich of Wakeman, Diane Brehm of Amherst and Tami Goodman of Lorain.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 27, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:30 p.m. at Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. Rev. Louis Kayatin, pastor of Church On The North Coast, will officiate.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in his name to any branch of Lorain National Bank.
