Sharon Slagle

Sharon K. Slagle (nee Shelton), age 50, died on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at New Life Hospice Residential Center, Lorain following a short illness.
She was born on February 8, 1964 in Cleveland. She attended Midview High School. Sharon was a member of Church of God of Lorain.
She is survived by her husband Jack; mother, Wilda (nee Turner) Shelton, of South Park, OH, children, Richard Reed of Lorain, Kevin Harper of KY and Melissa Reed of Lorain, 9 grandchildren, sisters, Diana Crum, and Terrie Shelton both of Grafton, and Debbi Neace, of South Park, OH.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Lee Shelton; and brother, Robert C. Shelton.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Resthaven Memory Garden, Avon. Rev. Earl Coleman, will officiate. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, is handling the arrangments. To send online condolences go to www.dovinfuneralhome.com.
