Tammy C. Creak, (nee Mudrich), 38, of Sheffield Lake, died Wednesday, March 21, 2007.
She was born Jan. 7, 1969 in Lorain; she was a life long resident of Sheffield Lake.
Tammy graduated from Brookside High School in 1987. She worked as an inspector in the trim dept. of Ford Motor Company in Avon for the past 18 years.
She was a member of the United Auto Workers Union Local 2000.
She enjoyed bowling, and watching auto racing especially at Lorain County Speedway. She also was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.
Surviving is her son, Nicholas Beltran of Sheffield Lake; daughters, Lindsey Crowe and Breana Crowe both of Sheffield Lake; her mother and step father, Linda and Edwin Guidicelli of Sheffield Lake; and her father, Louis Mudrich, of Huron.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Scott Mudrich, in 2000.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, where funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Mark Leonhardt, senior pastor and Rev. Jim Shaffer, associate pastor, both of Church of God, Sheffield Village, will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp.
