Thomas McGrath

Thomas McGrath, age 38 of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly on January 5, 2023 at MetroHealth in Cleveland, Ohio.

Born March 25, 1984 to Thomas McGrath and Sharon (nee Zajac) Johnson in Lorain, Thomas lived in Lorain his entire life.  Thomas worked in construction and was also a driver.

He was an avid lover of his motorcycle, his pets and traveling as well as going to Cedar Point.  He always looked his best and was very outgoing.  Most of all, Tommy loved being with his family.  He was loved by many and will be truly missed.

Surviving are his children, Jayde, Thomas, Malachi, Kyler; mother, Sharon; fiancé, Opal; sisters, Tiffany, Cindy and Jennifer; brother, Gage as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Thomas McGrath in 1997; grandparents, John Zajac, Rosemarie Zajac, Albert and Eleanor McGrath.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 13 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Dovin Funeral & Cremation Specialists is handling the arrangements.
