Veronica L. "Von" Lynch, (nee Goodson), age 52, of Lorain, died on Monday, April 25, 2005 at Cleveland Clinic Hospital, following a sudden illness.
She was born on April 29, 1952 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. She has lived most of her life in Lorain.
She was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Lorain.
"Von" enjoyed arts & crafts, motorcycle riding, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years: Thomas D. Lynch, son: Thomas D. Lynch, Jr., of Lorain, daughter: Michell Nestor, of Lorain, 3 grandchildren, 3 brothers: James Finley Goodson, Jr. of PA, Matt Goodson and Archie Goodson, both of Lorain, 3 sisters: Marie Vasquez, of Homaco, PR, Margie Resma, of Uvalde, Texas and Debra Vasquez, of Tallahassee, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Finley and Louise (nee Quillen) Goodson both in 2002 and sister Carol Goodson.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 28, 2005 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. Funeral arrangements will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Fr. Thomas Smith, pastor of St. John Roman Catholic Church, Lorain, will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp. Ohio.
